1. What grades are your children in and who are their teachers?

My First son is in 4th grade and his class teacher is Mr.Stuart Ogburn
My second son is in kindergarten and his class teachers are Ms.Danielle Roman and Ms.Mccluskey

2. How long have you been part of the Teasley community? Is there something at Teasley that has made your family feel or know you are an important part of our school community?

Since 2016 we have been part of the Teasley community, students are getting reliable, stable and consistent studies, we really appreciate the teachers and all other school team members support.

3. What part of India are you from? What languages does your family speak?

We are from the West Godavari district in state Andhra Pradesh, INDIA

4. What do you miss most about India?

Past 5 years we have missed all our Indian festivals where all our family and relatives meet each other and spend nice time.

5. If you could share one thing that you love about India, what would it be? Like Certain foods, certain places and activities?

Food : Bawarchi biryani is the famous food in Hyderabad and also you can get a lot of spicy varieties and taste food in vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Hyderabad has a lot of famous restaurants.

6. What are the most special holidays your family celebrates in India?

We celebrate below special festivals.

(i) Dasara : Mostly it will come on October month every year and we will celebrate 9 days to pray to goddess Durga Devi in nine different alankarams. It is a very famous festival in South and North India.

(ii) Vinayaka Chavithi : We will pray to Lord Vinayaka and it is a very famous and big festival in Hyderabad.

(iii) Diwali : This is a famous festival which comes on winter time(mostly October/November)every year , we pray Lord Krishna and Goddess Laxmi Devi on that day,the kids and adults will fire the crackers and enjoy the day.

(iv) Sankranti : This is the famous festival in South India and will come in January every year, all the family members will gather and prepare varieties of food and sweets and pray to God.
