Get Involved and VOLUNTEER!

Planning for the year has begun and we need new volunteers throughout the school year. We are excited to share volunteer opportunities to encourage you a part of our Teasley Community! There are several needs, please take a look and see if there is something you would enjoy doing for your child’s school. 

Don't want to take the lead?  No worries!  We have several opportunities to support efforts, make donations, come to the school to help as needed, contribute ideas, and work in shifts for big events. Volunteering is a great way to meet Teasley's awesome faculty and staff and meet other Teasley families.

Morning Carpool 🚘

We are looking for enthusiastic carpool helpers for Fridays this semester and would greatly appreciate your support! We need 5 volunteers for the back entrance and 5 volunteers for the front entrance.

Your safety and the safety of our students are our top priorities. All carpool volunteers must check in at the front office and obtain a visitor sticker before taking their positions at either entrance. Once in place, volunteers will help keep the line moving smoothly by directing drivers and assisting students as they exit their cars. The carpool line runs from 7:20 AM to 7:50 AM, so please arrive by 7:10 AM to allow time for check-in and to ensure a prompt start.

Our goal is to create a safe and efficient drop-off experience for everyone.

Soup and Salad Lunch for Staff🥣

What:
We are seeking volunteer to provide soup, salad, and desserts for our Teasley Staff.

Where:
Media Center (please check in at the front office first)

When:
Friday, November 22nd
Teachers can pick up a meal during their lunch time from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Drop Off:

• Parents - Please bring food between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM to the Media Center. All soup and salad must be brought in by parents during this time.
• Students - Can drop desserts, cracker, and rolls off at the Media Center prior to the start of school on the 22nd. 

Preparation Guidelines:

• Bring soup in Ziploc bags or containers that do not need to be returned and salads in bowls/serving containers that do not need to be returned. Once Soups have arrived they can be transferred to a crockpot for heating. 
• Teasley Staff will assist by providing crockpots, serving spoons, and tongs.
